24/7 UK monitoring subscription from £180/year required (set up on the day). Includes your insurer certificate of installation.
How the S5 protects your motorhome
Carry the tag with you. If the motorhome is moved without it present, an alert goes straight to the call centre — so a vehicle sitting untouched for weeks is still being watched.
Pinpoint location around the clock with tow-away and tamper alerts, on the iOS and Android app plus a web login. Useful on tour, essential while it's in storage.
A secure call centre, 365 days a year, that verifies the theft with you and works directly with police using live location. Runs on a subscription from £180 a year.
Motorhomes route their wiring differently to cars and have far more places a device could be found. Craig fits it discreetly to the right connection points, then sets up your app and login before he leaves.
We come to the motorhome — home, driveway or storage site — across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax.

Why motorhome insurers ask for an S5
It isn't only the vehicle's value. A motorhome carries everything you tour with — bikes, awnings, electronics, tools — and it spends long stretches parked on a driveway, a storage site or a pitch, where nobody would notice it leaving.
Check the exact wording on your policy first
Insurers word this differently, and the difference matters — fitting the wrong category can get a theft claim refused. If any of these appear in what they've sent you, this is the product they mean:
If they've asked for S5 with immobilisation, you need the motorhome S5+ instead. If they've only asked for S7, a standard tracker will satisfy them for less.
S5 or S7 — the difference is driver recognition
An S7 tracker is monitored tracking and recovery: useful once the motorhome has gone. The S5 adds an ADR tag that tells the system whether an authorised driver is present.
Move it without the tag and an alert goes to the call centre. That's why insurers name S5 on higher-value motorhomes and vehicles they consider at greater risk.
This one doesn't immobilise
Worth being plain about: this tracker gives you driver recognition, monitored tracking, app and web access — but it can't stop the engine restarting during a theft.
If your insurer asked for immobilisation, or you want that extra barrier on something parked up for weeks at a time, choose the S5+ version instead.
See the motorhome S5+ with immobilisationA cheap GPS tracker isn't the same thing
A £40 device shows a dot on a map. It isn't Thatcham certified, nobody is watching it at 3am, and no police force will act on it the way they act on a call from a monitoring centre.
If your insurer has specified S5, a self-fit GPS unit almost certainly won't satisfy them — and you'd find that out at claim time.
A motorhome isn't a big car
Layouts, wiring routes and 12V systems all differ, and there are far more lockers and voids where a badly placed device would be easy to find and pull out.
That's why this isn't a plug-in job. It goes in discreetly, wired correctly, by someone who has done it on coachbuilts and campervans before.
Not certain which category your policy needs? Call 07973 273721 and read us the wording — we'd rather put you on the right one than sell you the wrong one.
The bit that actually gets your motorhome back
The tracker in your motorhome is only half the job. Monitoring is the 24/7 UK call centre watching it, 365 days a year, and it's what turns an alert into a recovered vehicle. Insurers require it to be active for your S5 approval to count.
A secure operating centre, staffed around the clock, every day of the year. That matters most when the motorhome is sitting on a storage site for weeks and nobody is checking an app.
If the motorhome is moved without your ADR tag present, they call you first to rule out a false alarm, then escalate.
The call centre liaises with police forces directly, passing live location as the vehicle moves. On something as recognisable as a motorhome, that head start counts.
Monitoring terms
For reference — you choose your term in the order form at the top of this page, and it's added to your total there.
Set up on the day of fitting. We'll remind you before it renews — no auto-renewal traps.
What the order form asks for, and why
A tracker isn't a box we post you — it's a fitted, insurer-registered system, and on a motorhome that means knowing what we're coming to before we set off. The few extra questions are what get it right first time.
Your tracker needs an active subscription for the call centre to respond, and for your insurer to accept the S5 approval. 1 year (£180) or 3 years (£450) — added to your total here.
We come to the motorhome, so we're working around one van and real traffic. Giving us three options means we can usually confirm one straight away — and if it's on a storage site, time to check their access hours.
This one matters more on a motorhome than a car. Base vehicle and converter both change the wiring, so knowing it means we arrive with the right loom — and it's what goes on your certificate of installation.
Keyless base vehicles are the relay-theft targets, so we set the driver recognition up differently. Worth answering accurately — check the base vehicle, not the habitation door.
The ADR tag that tells the system it's you driving. One is included; add a second if someone else drives it regularly, or the system will flag their trips as unauthorised and the call centre will ring you.
Rarely the billing address with a motorhome. Tell us exactly where it's kept — home, a yard, a farm, a storage compound — and anything we'll need to get to it, like a gate code or site office.
Kept somewhere with restricted access, or not sure this is the category your insurer wants? Call 07973 273721 before you order and we'll sort it out with you.
